Who we are
Drooly is the name we use for this waitlist. You can reach us at droolybabytracking@gmail.com. We’re based in Ontario, Canada. A company may be set up later; for now, Drooly is how we operate this page.
This notice covers the waitlist website and how we store your signup. The Drooly iPhone app will have its own privacy notice before it ships.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can invite you when Drooly is ready on iPhone.
- That you signed up for iPhone from this landing page.
- When you signed up.
- Sometimes basic browser info (to help stop spam or abuse).
- That you agreed to the Terms and acknowledged this Privacy Policy (and which version of that wording you saw).
We do not collect baby health data, medical information, or your child’s details on this waitlist.
Why we use it
- To invite you when the iPhone app is ready.
- To send waitlist, invite, and other essential messages only.
We won’t send marketing emails unless we ask for separate permission later. This waitlist doesn’t include a marketing checkbox.
Where we keep it
We store your email on secure servers run by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. This website and signup form also run on AWS.
How we email you
When invite email is turned on, we may send it through Amazon’s email service. Until then, we may only store your address.
We don’t sell your email
We do not sell your waitlist email or other waitlist information.
Who else might see it
- Amazon Web Services — they host our servers and (when enabled) help send email, under their agreements with us.
- The law — if we’re required to share information by law or a valid legal request.
We don’t give waitlist data to advertisers for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist info until we invite you or you ask us to delete it. After launch, we may move interested parents into the product with a separate notice. If you ask to leave or we close the waitlist, we aim to delete or trim leftover waitlist records within about 90 days.
Parents and kids
This waitlist is for parents and caregivers who are 18 or older. Please don’t submit a child’s email. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 here. If you think a child under 13 signed up, email us and we’ll remove it.

Email droolybabytracking@gmail.com anytime to see, correct, or delete what we have for your address.
Which laws apply
This waitlist notice is meant to follow the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal privacy and anti-spam rules. Invite and essential waitlist messages are transactional. Marketing would need separate consent.
